1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and perya888 ("perya888," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the perya888 website located at perya888.org and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the perya888 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered members and visitors.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and perya888.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to use the perya888 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of perya888, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the perya888 Platform or any affiliated platform.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player under any applicable responsible gaming program.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.

perya888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by perya888 may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the perya888 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You further agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify perya888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

perya888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

perya888 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• perya888 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. perya888 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• perya888 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of anti-money laundering (AML) checks or where fraud is suspected.
• Funds deposited into your perya888 account do not accrue interest.
• perya888 is not a bank or financial institution. Deposited funds are held in segregated accounts for player protection purposes.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

perya888 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• perya888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses credited in error must be reported to support immediately. perya888 reserves the right to reclaim any erroneously credited bonus amounts.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the perya888 Platform — including live casino, slots, bingo, keno, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer procedures, as applicable. perya888 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and stakes returned to the player's account.
• perya888 is not liable for any losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.
• Bets placed after a game round has officially closed will be voided and stakes returned.
• perya888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the perya888 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system underlying the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward perya888 staff or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to perya888 support.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of perya888.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perya888 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

• perya888 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• perya888 is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss arising from your use of the Platform.
• In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, perya888's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
• Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to cease using it.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit perya888's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11 Privacy

Your privacy is important to perya888. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12 Termination

perya888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

You may close your account at any time by contacting perya888 support. Upon account closure, any pending bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified withdrawable balances will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

13 Amendments

perya888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
